Steven Goodell has been helping clients pursue their financial goals for more than 15 years, including over a decade with Wells Fargo. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, he went on to earn the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, enabling him to provide comprehensive financial planning tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Known for his client-first approach, Steven believes that every financial journey is unique and deserves one-on-one attention. His process begins with an introductory meeting to understand a client’s goals, followed by careful information gathering, customized recommendations, and an ongoing commitment to monitoring and adjusting strategies as life evolves.
Raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, Steven now lives in Boulder with his wife, Kristal—whom he met at CSU—their two sons, Ray and Theo, and their daughter, Zoe. As Colorado natives, the family embraces the outdoors, whether skiing and snowboarding in the mountains, hiking local trails (with plenty of sweet treats along the way), or enjoying time on the basketball court. A longtime fly-fishing enthusiast, Steven has traveled widely in search of trout, though these days he often finds himself untangling fishing lines for his kids. Surrounded by extended family along the Front Range, he treasures a life filled with connection, laughter, and community.
