Patrick Funk has been helping clients pursue their financial goals through thoughtful planning and disciplined strategy. He holds both the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations, bringing a comprehensive perspective that integrates investment management, tax awareness, and long-term financial planning.
Patrick was passionate about investing and personal finance since a young age, when he began investing in middle school and eventually founded an investment club upon reaching high school. During high school and college, he spent his summers working at the Chicago Board of Trade as a broker assistant in the corn options pit. These early experiences shaped his lifelong interest in markets, investing, strategy, and disciplined financial decision-making.
A graduate of Colorado State University, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, building the analytical foundation that continues to guide his work today. He is committed to understanding each client’s unique circumstances and believes that successful financial planning begins with listening—learning what matters most, analyzing and developing tailored recommendations, and providing ongoing guidance as goals and life stages evolve.
Patrick lives in Golden, Colorado, with his wife and three children, where he enjoys taking full advantage of the state’s natural beauty. Outside the office, you’ll often find him skiing on Colorado’s slopes, camping under the stars, or spending time in the mountains with family and friends. A true Colorado enthusiast, he values the balance of professional purpose and outdoor adventure that defines life along Colorado’s Front Range.
